Wooden Selmer Basset Horn Neck Grenadilla Long
Custom wooden neck for Selmer basset horn. This is designed for the older instruments with the not adjustable neck and nickel plated keys (60s-70s). If you have the newer version i cant guarantee it will fit because Ive never tested one. Likewise it will also not work on the old open hole instruments. Also will not work on alto clarinets trust me Ive tried... The tenon is designed to fit sockets 20.1 mm in diameter and 18mm in depth. Designed to help reduce wide 12ths and well as prevent condensation buildup.
Neck is sightly longer than the stock neck, no more pulling out 3+ mm just to be in tune! Made from Grenadilla wood with brass inserts at both ends to prevent cracks. Tenon is made from glass reinforced polymer to prevent cracks and chips. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
