This Vito 7214 Bb Plastic Clarinet (#E 28240)is a great choice for someone who has a strict budget but still desires the quality of an American made clarinet, backed by a guarantee that the instrument is in excellent working order. All pads are brand new. The upper joint pads are cork, the same pads that I use on my best professional clarinets, except for the AD Ring Key. All key bumpers are brand new. All tenon (joint) corks are brand new.
